Located in a great area with easy access to Galata tower and other popular tourist destinations. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. the staff is friendly and accommodating. the rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds.

The hotel lacks proper housekeeping services and the bathroom fixtures are outdated.

The location was great, close to many attractions and public transportation. We also enjoyed the variety of food options available nearby. the staff was always friendly and helpful.

The noise level was also quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I loved the location of Alba Hotel Taksim, right in the heart of Istanbul's vibrant Istiklal Street. It made it easy for me to explore the city and access public transportation. The staff, especially Mr. Yalçın, was incredibly hospitable and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing everything I needed. I also appreciated the convenience of having various amenities and restaurants nearby.

I would have loved to see the hotel undergo a renovation, with new furniture and TVs, to enhance the overall experience.

Great location, with plenty of shops and food options nearby. the hotel had helpful staff who provided free water and coffee supplies when asked for. the terrace was a nice spot to relax with tables, chairs and a microwave. the room itself had a door between the bedroom and the living room, giving it a cozy apartment-like feel.

The cleaning service could have been better as the floors were not swept during our 6-night stay. there were two flights of stairs before we could access the elevator, which might be inconvenient for some guests.

This hotel was a great choice for me. It was clean and had all the facilities I needed. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the action. I could easily walk to the main area and the common area upstairs was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was so convenient to explore the city, with Galata tower just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, providing excellent room service and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV and a well-equipped kitchen. We also appreciated the free toiletries provided and the air conditioning that kept us cool in the hot weather. The hotel's Wi-Fi was reliable, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to all.
